Cruisara Tours collects only the personal information required to confirm and deliver your booking — your name, contact details, nationality, hotel pickup location, and the guest counts you provide at checkout. Payment details are handled directly by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) and are never stored on our servers.

We use this information solely to arrange your tour, send booking confirmations, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share limited details with the tour operator carrying out your excursion so that pickup and guest arrangements can be honored.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Booking records may be retained for accounting and legal purposes as required by applicable law.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your tour's scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or no-shows on the day of the tour, are non-refundable. If a tour is cancelled by Cruisara Tours or the operator (for example due to weather or safety conditions), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us with your booking reference and we will handle the rest.
